Are you having trouble signing into Lesesne Gateway? 1. Are you using a supported browser? You must be using a supported browser to reliably access Lesesne Gateway. The supported browsers are listed below.
2. Are you using the correct username and password? Your username and password for Lesesne Gateway is your network username and password (Exchange e-mail for faculty/staff). Here are two examples of correct usernames for Lesesne Gateway:

3. Have you forgotten your password?
Please use the
"Forgot Password" link.
You will be prompted for your username and then presented with your secret questions.
Once you answer these questions, you will be allowed to reset your password.
Note: You can only use this function if you have already used the Password Management channel to specify answers to your secret questions. The Password Management channel is located on the Employee and Student tabs in the portal.
